Authenticity, justice, creativity and courage are among Håkon’s strongest values. He distinguishes himself through his work with building relationships and is at his best when he can contribute to turning a difficult situation into constructive cooperation.
Håkon has broad experience within applied psychology and has worked both at individual and group levels. His focus has been on leadership, conflict management and counseling. By holding lectures and teaching courses, both in the public and private sector, Håkon has worked extensively with conveying the field of psychology. He also has several supervisory board positions.
Håkon has a Master of Psychology from UiT and wrote his thesis on how authentic leadership can promote innovation. He also holds a degree as a market economist from BI and has taken a number of courses in the field of mediation, conflict resolution, fact surveying, and board management.
