Christine Storø Bischoff
Christine is driven by knowledge, development and best practice. She is focused on development measures that suits the clients needs. Christine uses communication as a strategic instrument too create change.
Christine has extensive experience with leadership and organizational development both in private and public sectors. She has worked with leadership groups and staff groups / organizations with a focus on creating environments where you want to function at your best. She has worked especially with effective leadership groups, transformational leadership and process management. She has long experience of organizational development in several large voluntary organizations where common goals and meaning are crucial to motivate voluntary efforts.
Master of International Relations from Stellenbosch University and MA Honors Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. She also has further education in project management from NMBU, and conflict management from Buskerud University College.
